Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be fully processed across all systems. During this time, you may still receive limited communications, including automated confirmations related to this request. We are required to maintain opt-out records for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with federal law.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, including maintaining an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list, honoring opt-out requests for at least 5 years, and processing requests within 10 business days, consistent with industry standards and applicable state laws.
